Special Programs
The Reformer is a system composed of springs, pulleys, straps and a moving carriage platform. The springs serve two functions: to provide resistance to build muscle and bone strength, and also to aid the body in performing efficient movement.
The Tower is a stationary unit consisting of springs that support and challenge the body through resistance, with a focus on deep core strength, decompressed joints and strong muscle development.
The Chair is a two spring unit that provides a unique, challenging and fun workout. Most exercises are done seated or standing up, further challenging balance through core control.
An essential part of Pilates, Mat is a system of floor exercises that provides core strength and improves flexibility. No equipment is necessary, but small props may be used to enhance the workout.
