Our studio is equipped with Balanced Body Pilates equipment, offering variety to our classes and private sessions. Small group classes guarantee special attention to proper form and a safe class experience.  The large equipment includes:

Other small equipment and props are available to enhance the workout sessions, and also to provide assistance for your Pilates practice
