Getting Started
At Conscious Movement, we want to provide a welcoming atmosphere for new and existing clients. We provide small group training for more personalized instruction. Additionally, we level our classes for client comfort, safety and proper workout advancement.
We welcome all new clients and encourage them to do at least one of the following for proper placement:
Private Session: Privates are the best way to personalize your workout. This one-on-one session is catered to your needs.
Beginner Classes: These classes are designed for those new to the method and work at a pace appropriate for those at a beginner level. These classes are on the schedule based on demand.
Mat Classes: As the foundation of the Pilates work, Mat classes help solidify the Pilates form and provide a great core challenge, prior to incorporating the equipment. After completing a series of mat classes, a private or beginner equipment class would be a great way to continue.
What to Wear/Bring: Please come in comfortable, yet non-baggy clothing so we can see your form. Tank tops, leggings or athletic pants work well. Socks are required (non-skid socks are best); no shoes are necessary. Towels are available at the studio.
